This woman was concerned about the excess fat located on the outer portion of her thighs, commonly referred to as the "saddlebag" area. By utilizing ultrasound-assisted liposuction, I removed the excess fat from these areas and was able to obtain skin-tightening as well, which together created an aesthetically pleasing silhouette extending from her hips to her knees.
